Jennifer Garner was born in Houston, Texas, and grew up in
Charleston, West Virginia,
where she studied ballet, learned to play the saxophone, and joined the swim team.
After graduating from Ohio's Dennison University with a major in drama, she headed to New York, where she
got her first television role as Melissa Gilbert's daughter on the miniseries "Zoya." After a few feature films and some TV roles, she moved to LA, where she
landed a role on the WB series, "Felicity," as Hanna Bibb, and met her future husband.
She currently plays double agent Sidney Bristow on the TV series, Alias, and lives in LA, where it is filmed. |
